Order Policy

How to Order:
Orders must be placed via the website.
Modifications:
The only modification permitted is the length of the abaya. If you wish to request this change, please specify it in the "notes" section before finalizing your order.
Production Time:
All items are made-to-order; we do not keep stock on hand.
Each abaya is designed and crafted within 7 to 15 business days (Fridays are excluded).
Shipping and Delivery:
Delivery is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The shipping carrier is responsible for the duration of the delivery process.
Failure to Receive an Order:
If a shipment is not received by the customer and is subsequently returned to the store, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery.
